I tried to change my flight with Vueling it was way more limited and expensive than I expected. There didn’t seem to be any real flexibility, and I ended up losing money because of it. If this is how they handle a simple flight change, I can’t imagine dealing with anything more complicated. I don’t think I’ll be booking with them again.

Got my refund fast, no hassle at all. Super easy.

The flight itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the seat selection fees were higher than I expected, and it felt a little ridiculous how pushy it was just to pick a decent seat

My Vueling flight got cancelled the night before I was supposed to travel, which was really frustrating because I already had plans lined up. I know other customers would probably feel the same in that situation. To be fair though, the app made the alternative options easy to understand, and I was able to switch to another flight the next day without too much hassle. Customer service took a while to get back to me, which I’m sure can be annoying for anyone waiting for answers, but they did respond in the end. It wasn’t perfect and I did lose some time, but it didn’t turn into a complete disaster. I’m giving 4 stars because, overall, they managed to sort it out reasonably well.

I was trying to change something on my Vueling booking and it was a mess. The website kept logging me out for no clear reason, and a few buttons just wouldn’t respond, even after I refreshed and tried again. The app wasn’t really any better either — it froze a couple of times and was showing different details than the website, which made me more unsure about what was actually correct. Then the payment page failed twice, so I had to keep going back and trying again. Maybe I missed something, but for what should’ve been a simple flight change, it took way too long and was really frustrating.

I did get text updates, which I appreciated, but the order still ended up arriving late!!

I wasn’t expecting much from the food on my vueling flight, so I tried to keep my expectations low. Still, the sandwich was a letdown — dry, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours.

The drinks weren’t great either. The cup was tiny, the choices were limited, and it all felt a bit overpriced for what you actually get. I get that it’s a budget airline, but it still felt a little disappointing.

On the other hand, at least there was something available if you really needed it. I just wouldn’t rely on it next time, and I’d probably grab food and a drink at the airport before boarding.

The seat comfort was just okay for me. I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but by my standards it felt a bit tight after sitting for a while. For a short flight, it was manageable, but I’d definitely have a hard time getting comfortable on anything longer.

I flew with Vueling last week boarding was smooth. The line moved quickly and the staff were checking people in without it feeling chaotic—well, not chaotic at all really. The plane left almost on time too, which was a nice surprise. The only minor thing was that the gate area felt a bit crowded, but overall it was efficient and easy enough.

I’ve been waiting days to hear back and still haven’t gotten a real response. The chat just keeps looping me around, and my emails seem to be getting ignored. It feels like the whole thing only works when it wants to, which is really annoying.

My flight was delayed for hours, and vueling actually told me I could claim compensation, so I did exactly what they asked. I sent over all the forms and documents, then basically heard nothing back except those generic automatic emails. It’s been weeks now, and every time I chase them up, I get the same vague reply that it’s “being checked.” At this point, it feels a bit suspicious, like they’re just dragging it out and hoping I’ll get tired and give up. Really disappointing service, and I definitely won’t be booking with them again

My flight was overbooked and I ended up being denied boarding, which was frustrating. I get that these things happen, but it still messed up my plans. The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I Expected, so overall it was just not a great experience

I ended up having to check in at the airport anyway, which just added a bunch of stress I really didn’t need. Support wasn’t much help either. it was a frustrating way to start the trip...

The crew were really professional and helpful, and the flight, well, I was expecting a bit more hassle, but it all went totally fine. No complaints from me
